"Casting" is mostly about the production process. PVC and other basic components are mixed in a predetermined order, at a specific speed and guaranteed for a certain period of time to ensure adequate mixing. The mixture, called an organic sol, is then dumped in a moving net, called a cast sheet, which then evaporates the solvent through an oven.
When the agent evaporates, the solid ethylene film is initially formed on the aluminum casting plate and covered to protect the mold. This process makes the film very thin (most casting films are 2 mil thick) and is fixed to make the product more consistent.
Material manufacturers recommend aluminum cast film suitable for those floats or boats, customers want paint effect, the general weather resistance depends on the processing method for 5 to 8 years. Like aluminum casting, the clitoris film is named in their production process. It is a bit similar to aluminum casting, but not mixed with solvents. Create a mixture of ingredients and heat them into a semi-melted shape, a bit like the raw dough of a pizza. These semifluids are then pressed out and exported through a series of rolling rollers.
These polished steel rolls gradually crush and squeeze the vinyl material into a flat plate (similar to flattening the dough with a face stick) cast film.
