The company currently covers an area of 30 acres and has more than 70 employees, including 15 technical personnel. It can produce 1000 tons of precision castings annually.
Zaozhuang Hengxin Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. uses a complete set of precision casting equipment and applies silica sol technology to produce castings such as stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. The weight of castings can reach 0.01-90Kg. Our company produces a wide range of products, which can be applied to fields such as pumps and valves, impellers, power equipment, automotive parts, agricultural machinery, railway equipment, mining machinery, flow casings, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery, etc.
In order to adapt to the development of the company, Hengxin Company has successively passed ISO9001-2015 quality system certification, German TUV PED4.3/AD2000 quality system certification, and has been rated as a national high-tech enterprise. At present, most of our products are exported to countries such as the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Japan, and South Korea.
