(1) Metal parts with messy shapes, clear outlines, and thin-walled deep cavities can be made. Because molten metal adheres to high fluidity at high pressure and high speed, metal parts that are difficult to process by other processes can be obtained.

(2) The dimensional accuracy of die-casting parts is high, up to IT11-13, and sometimes up to IT9, the surface roughness is Ra0.8 ~ 3.2um, and the interchangeability is good.

(3) High material utilization. Because the precision of the die-casting parts is high, it can be installed and used after a small amount of machining, and some die-casting parts can be directly installed and used. Its material utilization rate is about 60% ~ 80%, and the blank utilization rate reaches 90%.

(4) High production efficiency. Because of the high-speed filling, the filling time is short, the metal industry condenses quickly, and the die-casting operation cycle is fast. Among various casting processes, the die-casting method has the highest yield and is suitable for mass production.

(5) Convenient use of inlays. It is easy to set a positioning mechanism on the die-casting mold, which is convenient for insert-casting inserts to meet the special performance requirements of the die-casting.
